DMK formally submitted 97 page Scam reports against Claiming that complaints against ADMK ministers on grounds of alleged corruption reported to Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption (DVAC) fell on deaf ears, DMK supremo MK Stalin submitted a 97-page report to Governor Banwarilal Purohit.

Stalin was flanked by General Secretary Duraimurugan and Treasurer TR Baalu.

Alleged malpractices by CM K Palaniswami in assenting tenders to his family members in highway projects and Deputy CM O Panneerselvam ‘hoarding wealth’ by granting permission in construction related to a private tech firm ‘unlawfully’, featured the complaint.

Meeting the pressmen, the probable DMK CM-candidate said that the ruling-ADMK is steeped in corruption and he has submitted to the governor a 97-page complaint booklet on ministers with ‘evidence’ of corruption. Stalin requested the governor to take appropriate action under the Prevention of Corruption Act.
Citing inaction of DVAC despite repeated lodging of complaints has led them to approach the Governor, alleges Stalin.

The second lease of complaints would be made public soon as he is receiving more of such reports, Stalin added.
