England had set India a target of 245 after getting bowled out for 271 in their second innings early on day 4.

India were all out for 184 runs in the final session on the fourth day as England took a 3-1 lead in the five match series in Southampton.

Virat Kohli top scored for India with 58 runs while Ajinkya Rahane added 51. Moeen Ali took 4 wickets in the second innings to add to his five in the first.

Earlier, England were all out for 271 runs in their second innings to leave India with a tough but possible target of 245 runs.
