Human Resource Development (HRD) Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal said to national media that Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will cut down the syllabus for the 2020-2021 Class 12 batch students who will give the next year’s board exam due to the loss in the studies due to the Coronavirus lockdown
The schools are lagging at least one and a half months behind the targeted time for the completion of syllabus.
Usually, the session starts in the month of March and the syllabus ends in December but this year the schools were closed on March 16 in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic.
