CBSE board Monday declared class 10 results 2019 on its official website cbse.nic.in and cbseresults.nic.in. at around 2:30 pm.
 
Earlier, there were reports that the results will not be out today but now the board announced the results on its official website.
 
Earlier on May 2 (Thursday), CBSE had declared board exam results for class 12.
 
It is not usual for CBSE to announce results in the first week of May, but this year, the board has shifted from their regular practice of declaring the result in the third week of the month.
 
Total pass percentage in CBSE Class 10 exams stands at 91.1%. Trivandrum recorded 99.85%, Chennai 99%, Ajmer 95.89%.
 
Bhavana N Sivadas from Kerala is the all India topper in class 10th exams with 499 marks out of 500.
 
Three Adree Das from New Horizon Scholars School, Thane scored 497, Deepsna Panda from APEEJAY SChool, Navi Mumbai scored 497, Dhatri Kaushal of Reliance Foundation School, Thane also scored 497.
 
Process  to check CBSE class 10 result 2019 online : 
 
Step 1: Log on to the official CBSE websites: http://cbseresults.nic.in or  http://cbse.nic.in/newsite.
Step 2: Look for the notification results CBSE results
Step 3: Fill in all the details including roll number, date of birth and other information.
Step 4: After filling all the details, click on submit.
Step 5: The results will be displayed on the screen. Students can download, email and take print out of their result.
 
Class 10 exams were conducted from February 2 to March 29, while Class 12 board exams were held from February 15 to 4 April. This year, over 27 lakh candidates appeared for the Class 10 CBSE exams.
