The Supreme Court appointed Committee of Administrators (CoA) Chairman Vinod Rai has overturned the thought process of the Cricket Advisory Committee (CAC) to confer with India captain Virat Kohli before announcing the name of the head coach.

Yesterday Ganguly said after having words with experts especially Virat Kohli the captain final decision will be made.

A very reliable source close to the developments told The Hindu: "Mr. Rai has asked the BCCI to announce the name the head coach by Tuesday evening. He has spoken to the BCCI CEO Rahul Johri and to the BCCI acting Secretary Amitabh Choudhary and asked name the head coach."

Observers said Mr.Rai known for RSS leaning who come out with fantasy figure of 1.76 lakhs Crore assumptive loss in 2G but never bothered to substantiate this imaginative figure in court or to CBI but post retirement Rai been conferred with padma awards and honorary posts by BJP government.
